TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be
paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds,
payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be
accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk
of courts in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds no later than ten days
after the court’s confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is

The City of Antigo (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the
following Project:
WWTP Potable Water System Improvements
Contract 1-2022
Electronic Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by
OWNER until Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at 2 p.m., local time. At that
time the Bids received will be privately downloaded and read aloud publicly
via teleconference. The login information for the teleconference is as
follows:

The Project includes the following Work: Removal and replacement of
existing submersible well pump, pressure tank, and associated valves,
controls, and other ancillary items.
