A Rhinelander man faces multiple child sex charges following an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.

Police arrested 42-year-old Richard Duellman Tuesday. He is charged with child enticement, use of a computer to facilitate a sex crime, and attempted second degree sexual assault of a child.

Duellman is a lifetime sex offender registrant with three previous convictions involving children in the past seven years. Duellman is currently jailed while he awaits a court date to bet set.
