Over the weekend, volunteers from the Langlade County Habitat for Humanity helped in constructing walls at the new senior center at 902 Fifth Ave.
The walls being put up are for meeting and activity rooms for the center.
Most of the materials used were repurposed from structures in the building that were no longer needed.
As construction and remodeling continues, the seniors move closer to their soft opening in March.
