First Weber Realtors announces that Shawna Alt has been promoted to president. Alt assumed the role from longtime President Bob Weber, who has stepped aside after 30 years to become senior vice president of operations and spend more time with his family.
“We are all very happy for Bob and appreciative that he will be continuing to serve in his new capacity. On behalf of the entire company, I would like to thank him for the many years he served as president, helping to build First Weber into a successful and thriving brokerage” said First Weber CEO Kevin Donnell.
“Shawna Alt has been an important member of our executive team for more than 15 years, most recently as regional vice president. I know that she will bring the same vision and dedication to her expanded role.”
As president of First Weber, Alt will oversee the sales and corporate support operations for Wisconsin’s largest real estate brokerage.
“First Weber is not only an outstanding real estate company, but it is an outstanding company. I’m proud to build upon the tradition of excellence that we have established,” she said.
Alt has 25 years of experience in real estate and has had diverse roles within the industry rising from personal assistant, to agent, to regional sales manager and vice president of First Weber before taking on the role of president.
In addition to her national leadership role helping other Home Services of America affiliates develop and advance their corporate culture goals and mission statements,
Alt sits on the board of directors of both the South-Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service and Wisconsin Realtors Association.
Founded in 1971, First Weber Realtors is a Berkshire Hathaway/Home Services of America affiliated company and Wisconsin’s largest residential real estate brokerage with more than 60 offices, including one in Antigo, and nearly 1400 real estate professionals throughout the state.
