A Highway S resident reported the theft of tools and quarts of oil from his outbuildings in recent days at 1:12 p.m. He was advised to install locks and cameras, and that he is not allowed to shoot someone for a simple break-in.
A vehicle struck a construction sign and went into the ditch on Highway 64 near Highway M at 9:23 a.m.
Disorderly conduct between neighbors was investigated at a Dorr Street location shortly after 1 p.m.
Criminal damage, a vehicle struck with eggs, was reported from Lincoln Street at 2 p.m.
Criminal damage to a bobcat machine was reported from Moccasin Lake Road at 2:50 p.m.
A vehicle in the ditch on Highway 64 at 8:41 p.m. resulted in field sobriety tests and one subject in custody.
On Wednesday at 8:45 p.m., a citizen reported an incident from the day before on Clear Lake Road, that two strangers harassed him, possibly fired two shots after leaving the boat landing, then closed the gate and placed stones in front of it.
On Thursday at 1:49 a.m., it was discovered that the stop sign at Meadow Road and Highway 64 was snapped off. A deputy propped the sign up and contacted the highway department.
