Last week’s bowling activity at Chet & Emils in Birnamwood featured five honor series across the two men’s leagues.
The Tuesday Commercial league saw the hottest action with three honor totals. Tim Lemke led the way with a 742 series, including the league high game of 269. Doug Kunst finished just a single pin back, his 741 series featuring a 258 game. Brian Rew was a respectable third, hurling a 701 series and 256 game.
The lanes stayed warm for the Wednesday Business league.
This time is was Shawn Walkush smashing the most pins, besting Lemke for the week’s highest series in a 745 effort. Tyler Krull sent plenty of pins flying as well, knocking down a 730 series. Adam Karcz was third with a 654 tally.
High games on Wednesday included Kunst’s 263, Lemke’s 259, and Tyler Carlson’s 233.
In the Monday Women’s League, it was Kim Zeller and Ginny Praslowicz sharing the scoring honors. Zeller toppled the high series of 571, while Praslowicz rocked the top game at 218. The two flipped for second place, Praslowicz a 565 series and Zeller a 213 game.
The rest of the best rollers, series and game, were Cindy Mortensen, 488 and 185; Jennifer Duranceau, 478 and 194; Barbara Praslowicz, 477 and 189; and Tracy Anderson, 475 and 182.
