While no perfect games were bowled, at least this past week at Chet & Emil’s in Birnamwood, there was still plenty of high scores to go around.
Week 18 of Tuesday Commercial League play saw Tim Lemke lead the way with a 717 national honor count series. Jeremy Praslowicz was only a pin off an honor count of his own with a 699 round. Brian Rew bowled a 674 series.
Praslowicz flipped Lemke for high game honors with a 278 to Lemke’s 269. Jordan Wanta rolled a 244, good for third.
Wednesday Business League competition was also led by Lemke, who produced a national honor count of 753. Dave Schmidt and Tyler Krull both finished at 681, with Stephan Miller a very respectable 677 series.
Corey Krull had the top scratch game at 269, with Doug Kunst coming in at 248 and Dave Schultz 238.
Thursday Early Birds featured a 592 by Susan Zeinert to lead all bowlers. Kristine Beran was runner up with a 535, followed by Kim Zeller at 505 and Darcy Hille 492.
Zeinert also produced the best individual game, a 245.
Beran was a distant second at 187. Samantha Stadler and Zeller both rolled a 182 and Jennifer Duranceau was amongst the leaders with a 176.
